Tried making mango pomelo sago dessert for the first time just now! It turned out just nice :) It's supposed to be my Mother's Day present hahaha but that woman is busy playing mj now. The recipe (taken from this blog here) was simple enough for me and easy to follow. The only tiring part was to peel the pomelo into small bits zzz.

In other news, the stress test results has effectively lifted the "cloud of uncertainty" hovering in the air as it showed "nine of the 19 biggest banks have enough capital to withstand a deeper recession" and only "ten must raise a total of $75 billion in new capital to withstand possible future losses". Okay, that's actually more than half the sample size but only marginally. So I can finally heave a sigh of relief.
